For example, the $1500 for painting would get me a 3-color paint scheme in Atlanta (ceiling, walls, trim)...for this house, I'm expecting a 2-color paint scheme (ceiling/walls and trim).I'm guessing that labor prices here are about 20% more than Atlanta, but I haven't verified that yet.

I had several squirrels that after I trimmed limbs would make a 10 ft or more running jump to hit roof so had to cut limbs back more and take one oak out.

Lilyann pricing was better, but went with Cabinets to Go as they were local, we could see the finished product in the showroom, soft-close included in price, and they helped us figure out all the trim options as we were hanging several from ceiling directly and needed panel, corner moulding, light trim, etc.
