How frequently do other travel nurse unit operators send out a cleaning crew?

Specifically, I was thinking about renting to visiting nurses, which has become a whole new demographic, and is between air BNB and long-term rentals.

Interested in a condo but aside from that, I'm a full time registered nurse and ironically take care of Covid patients.

All of our tenants have been travel nurses, but we have seen applicants from other occupations as well.

without having much demand from nurses, how this MTR business is doing for investors? 

I think units furnished with modern comfort but local personality would do well with film industry people, traveling nurses, families of hospital patients, and possibly medical residents.Also, we're getting an Amazon fulfillment center, so that should be good.

We only make it available for Nascar Race weekends so that our other STFR is not tied up for those few dates and is available for longer term stays, like travel nurses. 

I currently own one condo rental unit that I rent out to mid-term tenants (mostly travel nurses), which has been great, and have another property that will soon have a room rented to mid-term tenants as well. 

In my area, many target traveling nurses for MTR, so they for example would seek homes within a reasonable distance of large medical employers, which in my area would be the Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children's Hospital.
