Maher Bateh plaster walls...HELP!!

Just be careful while screwing them down since they don't give like the plastic washers.Also, I haven't tested the difference, but I use a plaster bonding agent (lots of different brands, just read labels to make sure it works for plaster) where I'll be applying new plaster to old.Oh, and it's best to get carbide/masonry blades/scrapers/bits etc. since plaster will eat through your common steel implements CRAZY fast.Good luck with your projects!

The inspection is where you (well not actually you but your inspector) scope the sewer line, crawl through every crevice in the property, check dates on furnaces and water heaters to see when they'll need to be replaced, test all the appliances, look at the foundation, the driveway, the deck, go on the roof, in the attic, etc.

That said, I plan the more disruptive renovations at turnovers or work with tenant to have them done during a tenant vacation if the timing works, even exterior like a new roof or new deck boards, and I find they appreciate it greatly as they don't have to live through the disruption.

a) 5 Years is nothing, I'm talking about a lifetime product.b) Changing out a single tile or 2 is ridiculously easy, you apparently have never done it (right). 1) Simply cut around the tile and an X across it with a diamond blade grinder. 2) Chip out tile pieces. 3) Glue in new tile with silicone. 4) Grout with a premix grout (add tint if necessary).
