It is mostly annoying.

If you put yourself in the shoes of the person answering the phone, it's not only annoying to get a call from a stranger but intrusive.

:)What is annoying is that the court system webpage there LOOKS like it is really powerful, but then there is just no information.

I have been frustrated or annoyed (and sometimes amused) by every piece of mail that I opened thinking it was one thing when it was another.

Yes if you buy out of state and put a property in an LLC you indeed DO have to pay the $800 per year LLC tax... so annoying, I guess I'll be getting heavy liability insurance cheers

I am looking to hire a management company for my condo as I have 90 days to fill it or my leasing permit expires (which is annoying)...They both seem to have mixed reviews. 

This is possibly an annoying but like Jon says honest mistake.
