I am trying to get a hold of him to talk but every time I see him he’s always drinking so he can’t talk straight or he will say we will figure it out.

I enjoy having you around and when I make it across the pond, I plan on meeting up for a tall one, even though I don't drink, I know how you guys are.

Maybe NY park renters don't drink or do drugs or have brawls at night.  

I have no experience with this but 14 units feels like it wouldn't be enough to "turn" the drinks regularly enough.

It looks like I'll be drinking from a fire hose for a while!

If not, we'll just drink alone ;(

I love to do anything outdoors, particularly in the snow, I drink way to much coffee and have a huge passion for aviation.

I've seen good tenants start out really great and then six months or a year later just totally flake out.Whether you blame it on global warming, drinking the local water or mental illness it's just part of the biz and you follow procedure.
