Hey what's up BP! How's it hanging with everyone? I'm a Penn State grad from West Philly and looking to get started in real estate investing. Currently I'm working as a forensic auditor and I am creating phone applications with a developer in my free time. Now I don't have any experience in real estate investing except what I have been reading (non stop) and listening to. I want to get started in the Philadelphia and suburban areas surrounding the city. From the amount of money I am estimating I will have saved and the knowledge I hope to consume I think I will be ready to get my feet wet in a few months. But if I feel I'm ready I might start sooner. Aha I'm not very risk-averse. This is just an introduction for myself on the forum because I will be posting and asking a lot of question. But I also want it to be known that I would love to meet with some experienced investors here in the city or from other places. If any of you guys need some extra help and don't mind me ask a lot of questions I'm free to give a hand in my free time. Also, if drinks interest any of you guys the first one is on me haha. Looking forward to building good relationships on BiggerPockets!
