Now, I think it's time to stop procrastinating and start doing.I'm going to be working on this part time (I have a full time job that takes 50+ hrs already) but I have my bandit signs, LLC, website, google voice number and email all setup and at the ready.

I don't have an academic or statistical source for this to cite, but I'm pretty dang sure that there is a correlation among my clients between "did my own taxes" and "run my own business" and "got audited and it really really sucked."

What kind of voice mail should I have?

Trust me, figure it out now or you will get buried and miss opportunities like I did.Another idea which I use now is I have my phone number going to google voice.

It seems like a lot of voices in media and society today have this warped view that earning a profit is a bad thing and something to be ashamed of.

I am kind of pondering whether to do VM or direct to cell phone via Google Voice (I'll take suggestions on another service like Cricket) and also whether to have a 1800 number or local number.

Yeah I spoke to the listing agent earlier and the tone of his voice kinda told me no one else had been calling about it.
