I am not the BP police but I do give honest input.

@Scott Dixon A few folks I work with have been using Tableau to map crime data and policing levels with housing values.

There is a reason why police vests at a minimal stop the round the officer carries.My real estate partners and I working in the war zone would jump out of the car to view a property each of us doing something different.

Have the police/fire/medical responded?

Police station, science museum, historic downtown area and lightrail(above ground subway) are all within a mile radius.

First you would file a police report.

They do a great job of collecting premiums from those sites to subsidize the high risk polices they underwrite. 

@Solomon Rosenberg unfortunately I think there are a lot of neighbors policing this in Wilmington right now so the city will know pretty quickly.
