george, that looks amazing.i know nothing about boilers, but i'd just call a few commercial stores and just ask them which one is the best. when i changed the water heater to my house with an instant water heater i called around and found out that Noritz is the best (what i was told). so i just got that and installed it my self.

@George Mevawala I am a real estate agent in Gilbert AZ and my husband and I are looking to invest in our first 3-4 plex to house hack and eventually we want to pick up long term rentals around the surrounding areas.

When I used to work on Andrews Air Force Base I heard several of the GIs who lived in Prince Georgeś claim to hear gun shots daily, which I knew for fact was not true.

Even in  Prince George's County where Pitbulls are illegal to have at all, Federal Law trumps the local ordinance, and a service animal/esa can be a pitbull.
