Maryland Contractors

Hey folks,

Looks like the first project I'll be taking on in Maryland will be demo'ing an existing property and building new construction. Other than the land surveyor I found last week, I don't have any contractors or professional team members in the area -- Howard County, specifically.

So, I'm looking for recommendations for:

- Contractors

- Architect/Draftsman

- Title Company

- Real Estate Attorney

- Any other good resources anyone can recommend

Feel free to post here, contact me via PM, or shoot me an email...

Thanks!

@J Scott , I'd be curious to hear who your contractor and architect ended up being. Would you recommend them?
