Transparency and strong communication between the management company and owner are huge in having the relationship work. 

Check.Implement a secure online portal on my website where my investors can obtain copies of their quarterly reports and tax documents, which will give added transparency and make it easier for them to monitor their investments and performance.

I dig it.My business partner saw this thread and pointed out that I should have been more transparent about the fact that I'm already retired - and not from success in real estate. 

Many don't fully understand the mechanics of negotiating, marketing, evaluating, transparency, honesty and time that goes into identifying a property, analyzing it, negotiating a contract, having the properties title pulled and working with title Co and seller, writing contracts, proper assignments, ARV and so on.........I can go on for a day or two.  

  In my opinion transparency in business is everything.

This 'transparency' is so relaxing given the grandkids can also hook up without frustration & then there's my wife who can auto-acquire the resident WiFi with any one of her 4 Macs (yes we have 6 Mac Pro(s) ).
