Warren is a township made up of several diverse neighborhoods.

Omaha...Pros: - Strong, diverse local economy with low unemployment- Strong rental market with good price/rent ratios- Good appreciation in better areas, withstands economic downturns well- Affordable price points for starter homes- Landlord friendly, evictions can be done in a few weeksCons:- Property taxes are brutal - around 2%- Weather extremes are insane - extreme cold and snow in winter, flash flooding, tornadoes and hail in spring, sweltering heat/humidity in July/August.

The diversity and difference among residence is a strength and something we value greatly.

Usually a diverse crowd of investors (newbies to seasoned investors) and they meet every month.

I like that there's a diverse employment base here between the hospital and plenty of light manufacturing inside a 30 minute commute- NSK Steering Systems, Kaman Composite Structures, Energizer Battery, Mack Moldings. 

This isn’t a guarantee of course but has been steady going back several decades and the underlying fundamentals (diverse job market, population growth, quality of life attractions) point to a steepening appreciation curve in Longmont, in my Chrystal ball at least.

I'm essentially coming from square 1.I'm later in my career, and am currently thinking of notes in terms of providing diversity in my portfolio, supplemental income, and providing better returns than the market.   

Commercial real estate is a very diverse asset class and types would all need to be discussed individually. 

While a smaller office or single office may be financially more economical, a larger firm will have more diversity at hand.
