So far this has been an academic discussion for me. 

Set up a Google Voice number that only allows the tenant to leave voicemail messages and then you respond as the manager.

And I suspect these are the voices that will get heard in city hall all across the fruited plain.Last comment -- it costs $1000 here to take a course and then pass some test. 

The contractor's (borrower) lawyer was there but the contractor was not.The lawyer told us that we were to have submitted a payment plan already to the court, even though the last papers from the court that we got said that we could show up to voice what we want.

In my experience, many people are fine with it, but it only takes one person with a loud voice and a penchant for calling the city to start making trouble.

Most the listing agent around here all they do is put the house on a bunch of sites including their own to look busy, have irritating auto emailing and voice mail for potential buyers.
