Dude... there are ways to be different.... here it is..Just tell them what you want to do in plain simple language as if you are talking to a friend.

Its cold, its snow & ice, its dark at 5PM, people are thinking of the holidays, spending money on gifts, and just plain are not interested in buying houses.But its a great time to buy houses because the competition is taking a break.
