As brokers, we're many things to many different people (borrowers & lenders), which means that we're constantly updating and modifying Salesforce to make sure we can automate the workflows so we don't waste time on data entry and repetitive tasks.However, most brokers in private lending are either 1-man operations or have up to 10-15 people and the owners aren't knowledgeable about software automation (I was clueless 11 years ago!).

When it comes to the design process of rehabbing a property, what is your work flow for choosing finish materials?

I work hard, I organize my work flow to move as efficiently as possible, I estimate repair times and price, and throw the less technical tasks to my apprentice.

Hi @Craig Hurdle, how did your project go, any key learnings on the workflow for adding square footage?

An interesting side note to this new workflow is that tenants are paying early 

You will have to tie the contact information into the workflows that need to reference each or all depending.

In terms of rehabbing the property, the workflow can range from throwing a coat of paint on a wall or two, to an entire gut of the mechanicals, windows, siding, and flooring.

@Michael Sauls The screens may be from the old version, accounting, bookkeeping procedures, process, and workflow are the same.

We use pipedrive.com to track workflow and key note parameters throughout the life of the note.

My point is, to list or sell an existing resturant, you need to understand the business, not how to cook, but work flows, storage reqirements, placement and uses of equipment, traffic flows, health regulations that are property issues, etc.
