We have a great market here and I have had several deals slip through my fingers.  

My physician uncle, an immigrant who moved to the KY 30 years ago, complains how his med interns/students are leaving KY to go to other parts of the country where there will make less money.

As an auditor I have a habit of running my finger over the signature to feel the texture bump of an original signature.

While I was there I wiped the wall with my finger and the residue came right off, so I thought it was no big deal. 

MLS is around $800 a year, lock box, finger print test.

@Anthony Gayden, maybe you should go back and read some of the contractors posts, we are investors too, i believe my post and @Michael Hayworth, @Todd Fithian, @Will Kirkexplain both sides of the coin and offer suggestions. these Forums are here to help fellow investors, i don't think anyone of us complained and left it at that, we answered the post to give incite, not to point fingers.

Second, I can literally count the number of "friends" who visit me at my home on my fingers.

@Tim Youse We are working on renegotiating the scope of work down to a better price point now (fingers crossed).
