The model I'm suggesting doesn't work in all areas -- it is a local strategy which can be applied to very specific areas, with target clientele, target neighborhoods, and specific growth trajectories for the surrounding areas, amongst other considerations.

I see it on a regular basis how huge an impact Real Estate has on ordinary people, their families and the trajectory of their next generation. 

With a SFH, all it takes is one bad tenant to create a problem.3) Wasn't sure that prices would continue on upward trajectory.

The rate won't be fixed and the trajectory of rates moving forward seems to be on an upward cycle.

It changed the trajectory of my Real estate investing business to focus on cash deals. 

The good thing about the VR biz is just 3 or 4 well performing properties can completely change your financial trajectory.

I’m not sure if any other city management ever decided to change their trajectory as much as what the MAPS program did in Oklahoma City.
