First BRRRR ready to refinance, looking for more!

Hello BP community. I have been flipping single family properties in the greater Houston area for the past 3 years but my wife and I decided to change our trajectory and start building real wealth. We are nearing completion of what was supposed to be our first flip of 2022 but we have decided to hold it and refinance. Based on my analysis it should bring us $500 a month cash flow with $60k equity off the rip.

I would love to connect with some more experienced landlords using a similar method to build their portfolio to learn from, share ideas, and grow with. I am also looking to connect with local wholesalers with hopes of building a long term relationship were we can all make some real money 🤑
