BP is the only source I know of that provides such a vast amount of free RE information from so many seasoned investors lending time and talents.

I thought well with more people we would have more ideas, money, and varying talent.

Integrity...never compromises on core beliefs...We all bring our own gifts, talents, uniqueness...don't compromise to fit in the box...

He is a construction worker so he's fixing it himself he's talented but lazy.

But this moment, right now, is utterly unique, and the talents you have right now and the types of opportunities which surround you in this moment are here for this moment only.

Some of them are very talented and are portfolio building so want to deliver a great finished result.Maybe not accomplished, but certainly reasonable.The down side is there's front end screening time and turnover.Just a thought...
