It seemed very unusual and I would be very suspicious except for the fact that my realtor referred me to this company.I initially was considering the formation of an LLC.  

If they are materials commonly used at another job site, I would be a little suspicious.

Since they do not know the law and often are suspicious, this is understandable.

I later found out that the fraud dept. froze all my W.F. accounts not just the one with the suspicious account which in turn restricted me from accessing my online account , withdrawing or depositing money ( a teller actually handed me 500 something dollars i was trying to deposit ) as well as make any payments to any other companies as well as Wells Fargo themselves for 45 days .  

this is what would make me suspicious. ive encountered the best and highest round thing a few times before. its always in the banks interest to do this, but the fact that they dont is super weird to me

I admit being very suspicious of turnkey providers. 

Seems suspicious.

If this golf course hasn't been picked up by one of the 100's of golf mgmt. companies, I would be very suspicious.
