Finally got the email to create password and sign into the portal today, however it will not log in with multiple attempts and just keeps spinning and timing out.   

If you like to spin your wheels and waste your money, you can go after the seller, otherwise, be happy it's finished now and move on.

Would I get the title company to spin off a private mortgage note with terms they accept? 

June/ July seems realistic for the big Economic wheel to start spinning again, just will be lots of debris to put back together.

I have to say of what I have read, I love The Richest Man In Babylon, simply because of its history and it has such a feel to the book, it’s short, but it really gets my head spinning, it’s pretty basic but impactful.

Before this thread spins out of control into opining on the relative merits of various forms of government and moral outrage at "people today".
