My reference to the Spanish speakers is that tend to be very good and willing workers.  

Tony and his friend Bill Swift have periodically hosted an REIA at the Holiday Inn and attract some great speakers.

He is a highly sought-after speaker, appearing as the keynote speaker at numerous major industry conferences.

It seems to be written by a non-native English speaker.

On the upside, they usually post videos of each speaker to Youtube fairly soon after the event.

This month's meeting was postponed until next week on the 18th because we have a guest speaker, John mccants will be teaching a three day workshop on buying houses at foreclosure auctions starting Thursday February 18th at 6:30 p.m. until about 9 p.m. then on Friday we will be going to the foreclosure auctions at the Spokane courthouse that will run from about 8 am until noon, then the final day is Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon.

Just something I thought of at a local REI meet up the other day when the speaker was talking about competition and spending 10k on mailers without any deals.

Looks like Wednesday there is a very experienced speaker that will be presenting as well.
