@Robert Lum  you bet you can troll around a site like BP read their books listen to the pod cast of those that are successful and talk about their business's.. its inspiring and motivational.but if you really want to learn the nuts and bolts you need to get in the game.the best and least expensive way to do that is to simply take a pre license course in your state.. learn the laws ( the real laws not the BS that is talk about on line).. terminology etc. then go to work with a brokerage in the aspect of Real estate that interest  you.. there you will get REAL training by those that are successful you get on a team.. you get paid as you learn.

We do have a house we rent in the area and simply love it.

To prove payments you could simply show your latest statement to the lender denying you hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It is simply far too tenant friendly. 

If this isn't clear enough, one could survey the other bank loan officers and see if the other doctor notes included this term around the year the loan was written, if this is one of only a few outliers which they threw the term in for, then any jury would likely conclude it was unnecessary and the power of attorney would make that void... but they as you say if the bank makes all the rules for their conventional since it's not "conforming..." then they could call the loan due and as you said the refi would be needed regardless. 

REI is simply a place to park your money.

I turn 40 next week and while I originally had a goal to be fully retired from my cubicle at 50...the idea of 10 more years simply hurts to think about it.  

It might be easiest to simply not renew the lease if its a 1 year lease.  

That's also what my friends in a similar situation concluded. 

The plumbing industry has so many different type of materials and codes that most customers simply don't know what to buy and get frustrated after so many trip trying, because they keep buying the wrong thing.
