hey @Ross Hambright welcome to the forums, and you are not alone, I at least feel stuck and plagued with inaction pretty much every day of my life, and I constantly work to silence that little voice in my head that avoids things and tells me I can't do it. 

I read a blog recently which said breaking the silence is not always the best step in a negotiation.

Silence is great to use when negotiating.

I'll stand on my offer and let them eat silence for about another week.
