Dear Experts

I have been studying a particular neighborhood in my city for some time now and I found this great deal. The asking price was 355k. I spoke with the broker and told him I'll make an offer shortly. After a couple of days, I chatted with him on WhatsApp. I asked him if the property was still available. He said yes. I offered 300k. No reply!

What should I do next?

@Sachin Acharya

Organized?  Obviously you have never tried to sell a house in  the US?  Things are so ridiculous.  Last 2 houses took just over 4 months to close.
