Dangers of a lowball
Everyone always says, "The worst that can happen is that they say no." Well are there any other dangers of putting in a low ball offer?

If the seller is a bank, banks never get offended. But if the seller is an individual....they may just decide not to accept any more offers from you. This happened to my a couple times, and the property ended up selling for less than my offer. I loosened the lid for someone else.
If you are making many low ball offers...your name will get around the real estate community and agents will just stop looking at your offers since they will assume you are not a serious buyer.
