If you want to "rig" something up from outside your windows and all then... again you'll have to verify what your housing owners allow or not (just like a satelite dish).

Set an expectation that no one leaves their dishes in the sink.

Let me be lazy and see if someone here will just calculate it for me, make my bed, do my dishes, do my laundry and mow my lawn while we are at it.

In order to land the occasional traveling nurse, you'll need black out curtains, for those night shifts. 

It is such a relief to get input from other investors who occasionally have the same issues with rent and empty promises. 

Yes- I understand that as a wholesaler, occasionally you'll get massive checks, but as an agent, there is opportunity everywhere around you to rep people.
