Put your interests in alignment with your investors rather than in opposition to their interests and you can build a much more profitable and long term sustainable business with the same financially sophisticated clients rather than always having to constantly search for the next sucker.Maybe I should explain better and this isn't the case at all for me at least.

What I like about this deal is, the major cap ex's have been handled, and there is still meat on the bone to increase the cash flow by filling the vacancies.
