Is there money to be made in this sector? 

When you get into larger stuff clients expect you to have vast experience, a large network, and systems set up.In commercial as an agent starting out or whatever they label it in your specific state you typically join a firm that specializes in commercial sector like only multifamily, only retail,etc.

Louis, but the small essential service sector dominant cities that are relied upon for weekend shopping by the town of 2,000 that can't support a Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, Outback, etc.  

There may be some different sectors out there where you could take the peak sale of that duplex and put it into some higher production. 

After that I plan to make a career in the financial sector in a major Florida city such as Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, or Miami. 

When I was analyzing deals in the Private Equity sector, I saw everything from 26% - 42% IRR needed depending on the size of the company managing assets, additionally how many Management/Fee company's are factored into the business model and at what point in the expense model they're collecting fees.There are payroll, Marketing, Office space, etc... now a part of your business model, acquiring an asset for cashflow becomes a small part of your equations. 

This industry has opened our eyes to so many opportunities in real estate and all its ancillary businesses with our focus being on the fix/flip model of existing farmland and eventually moving into the commercial/industrial sector of canna complexes.

Speaking of work I am in the tech sector so spending time on the computer is not problem for me as is writing scripts and apps to help make my property research easier.
