What are some determining factors you would use as guidelines when deciding to move forward with any of the listed professionals above.I'm in the Houston market and as some of you know its a bit pricey , would you consider when starting out investing looking into tertiary markets outside of the Houston area , ( El Campo , Wharton , Edna ,  League City , Galveston , College Station , Waller , Prairie View , Lake Jackson , Galveston etc ) . 

When I was roughly that age, I liked baseball cards so I asked my dad for an allowance so I could buy more cards.

Think of R/E investing being like baseball.

Spend money networking with your sphere: coffee, lunch, happy hours, baseball games, etc.2.

Baseball teams usually have several pitchers, and you will need to get to a place where you are deep in each key position.I suggest that while you are building your team, you step back and start smaller.

I know where they take the test because I ran the Med School Basketball League for 2 years at my college, so I know 100s of Medical Students/Residents, I know the processes.

In my opinion, a flipper trying to market is like a Heisman Trophy winner trying to play baseball. 

Maybe a neighborhood child with a slingshot--or a rock--or a baseball.
