Honestly all of the cities everywhere from Pocatello up through Sugar City are all good to invest in.Follow the interstate and you go through several smaller cities that are in good locations for difference reasons and are always easy to rent.

First Interstate is a national bank that comes to mind.Agriculture: Being that Billings is Montana's largest city, and due to its location (central MT), there is a huge amount of farming, ranching, equipment, and supply chain support that comes through or is based here due to the Ag economy. 

Perhaps give 2.5% loan rate or even do a 40 year payment on low interst like 3%  It already seems the government and cares act will do anything to prevent a depression so they'd likely step in and keep people from foreclosure. 

So many small cattle ranches here in Florida at every yfuture interstate exit!
