Store credit cards lead to too many inquiries and look like junk on a manual review.

Literally any and all inquiries, comments or two cents would be very much appreciated.

They are extremely friendly and responsive to inquiries.  

Don't do anything that might show up on your credit, even if it is only inquiries.

Get some good photos and respond promptly to inquiries.

When I ran the credit check, it did show a large number of inquiries followed by a number of accounts closed due to bankruptcy a little over a year ago.She also said that a company handles all her bills so she would need a letter stating the amount of the deposit and rent and they would send us a check. 

Though exhausted, we found it fun to answer inquiries, arrange group showing, and interact with people bringing all kinds of stories.One apartment has been under lease with an amazing couple (both are working professionals).

I've received the most traction when using the random realtors that have responded to my inquiries by way of the aforementioned sites.

I told the guy that sentence has been on the listing since 2007 and did not encourage the traveler to try to contact him outside of the listing...it was inviting the traveler to send an inquiry.
