- Goldman Sachs: “We continue to expect the first rate cut in March, and 5 cuts total in 2024”- JP Morgan : Cuts to start “Middle of the year” and then “grinding lower”in 2024.- Mark Zandi: 4 rate cuts in 2024.

I am worried about noise complaints from the MTR. 

I also have a small sensor monitoring noise, humidity etc.

FSBO's and Expired's can be deflating at times to say the least but I understand it's part of the grind. 

The enforcement is not even handed in all cases but it is always illegal to put out signs and you could be charged fines or left completely alone.The signs may serve your business needs but the people who live in the area probably think it's noise/garbage.

It's a grind, but a wonderful profession if you focus on the right things of helping others make decisions.

Currently, I'm focused on grinding it out as a Realtor to gain my capital so that I can start investing hopefully when I'm around my mid 20s.

Granted I probably put in more hours in a week now than when I was working an 8-5, and I certainly have bad days, but the grind is so drastically different. 

My primary goal from real estate is to generate passive income and amass a large enough portfolio to quit the 9 to 5 grind and earn my financial freedom.
