Worried about noise complaints
I am starting my first MTR in a split level house. The lowest level has a new unit and I would like this to MTR. I am worried about noise complaints from the MTR. They are both vacant now but I need to get them filled. I'm paralyzed. Please help me get un stuck. What would you do in my shoes?
Anything specific in lease agreements? Do I have a noise complaint clause? Can it be more restrictive then the city noise rules? Do I just talk to them? Did I mess up by not soundproofing the ceiling or walls ? Aaagh I'm driving myself crazy. Help is appreciated.
