If he feels that is not enough and you still don't pay you have the right to have a court order that your earnings be garnished or that your bank accounts frozen......there are many others however you should get the point.He wouldn't give me anything off though unless I brought it up, and they are so cheap I think they'd try and nickel & dime me unless I know what i'm entitled to.

Many banks are still frozen and will turn away solid deals either because they're in trouble with the FDIC, are swimming in red ink, or quite honestly, are stupid.I suppose I should point out that over 150 banks closed last year.

MOST hud houses where I am looking here,,,all say plumbing doesnt hold pressure,,,which in the frozen tundra means---the plumbing wasnt drained when the heat was shut off,,,,ie froze pipes thru out.
