How good of a "deal" do you want to acquire?

Better to make that mistake, and buy another deal, than to not bought the deal.  

Dave Meyer shared an informative video today [How to Find Your Perfect First Rental Property (The “Buy Box”)], outlining helpful structure for you to add clarity for your deal.

The last few STR deals I closed where my client used a second home loan, they ended up putting down 20-25%, preferring to have more equity in the property versus giving away thousands in fees to the lender. 

You already know the answer to that.

My former experience has been with LTR and I'm currently focused on STR in E TN but interested in learning other useful strategies and expanding markets in later deals. 

It's comforting to know I don't have to obsess about reviews. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I do not know how they are handling new customers verse the Midland existing customers.Regarding the customer service it seems the people I dealt with are still employed and only my "personal rep" as it were, was promoted and another took her place.

All you can do is work with what you know now and what is a reasonable expectation for the future.
