Ever since reading The Book on Rental Property Investing and learning of BP, I have devoured countless hours of the BP podcast and have been accumulating real estate books faster than I can read (currently have 5 waiting on the shelf as I read David Greene's Long-Distance Real Estate Investing).

My cabin is located in Oxford County close to ski/ snowboard mountains, Fryeburg fair, short ride to North Conway, snow mobile trails on property and countless outdoors activities.

I have read books, listened to countless real estate podcasts and am really eager to get started.

I've had this conversation with countless tenants.  

Will have to do hard things and overcome countless obstacles but not ugly things that I would be ashamed of saying I did out loud.

Countless properties go under contract and never close for a myriad of reasons.

Through the analysis process I learned that every property has an offer that makes sense on paper, but there are countless non-tangible factors that will influence how the investment turns out.

We heard countless stories of investors who were tired of working long hours at W2 jobs and did not have much time for family fun with their kids.

We put an offer on a single family home for a BRRRR that we didn’t get, got an offer accepted on a flip and walked away during inspection because of foundation issues, and looked at countless 2-4 unit properties.

This message never gets responded to, neither are the countless emails that I send to my POC at the company.
