Landlords/ladies,I learned there is a newTX  house bill 1510 that says "cause of action does not accrue against a landlord solely for leasing a dwelling to a tenant, based on evidence thatthe tenant has been convicted of, or arrested or placed on deferred adjudication for, an offense."

There are some good renters in there but there are also some that have been arrested for cooking meth in them.

The tenant stole the tag off the back , cops arrest him and he is out in a day .

And the head of the Incinerator Authority just resigned in disgrace after his subordinate brother and some associates were arrested for graft, specifically taking payments for mixing construction debris in with household collections!

He admitted that the police were at the house and to the arrest but didn't  want to go into details except to say he would fight it and it was him and a guest that were arrested. and then said what everyone says it  won't happen again.   

Now this guy comes back with "We had conditional leases that included as reasons for immediate termination of lease and surrender of keys: Arrest for felony, arrest for drug charges, DCF intervention , pets (all our properties were no pets allowed) , Failure to pay rent by the 15 of the month , Failure to provide proof of employment ,etc.

Cops will do everything they can to not arrest another cop.

The guy was arrested by the FBI and is facing federal jail time.

He eventually though went rougue again and this time they arrested him put him in jail on a Friday at 3pm and he could not bail out until late Monday... not a place most would want to be.  

What do you get when you mix a few arrests, drug dealing and unpaid property taxes?
