Outside of work I take about 3 hours out of each day to study real estate/sales and aspire to become a real estate investor and realtor.

I am definitely committed to real estate investing now as a part time thing to start, with much bigger aspirations. 

Duplex up the 3rd floor 2br 1ba into a 3br 2ba duplex unit refinishing the attic into a master suite with a spiral stair case oh and sky lights yes everyone loves sky lights that was a must haha Market rate rents as per MLS comps and personal experience leasing in neighborhood.

I aspire to own and manage rental property as well as flip/rehab house one day in the future as well.

Again, this comes down to everyone's goals and aspirations.
