I got lucky, sent 1000 yellow letters and got a deal on my second call...negotiated the price over the phone ( I don’t ever go on appointments ) and found a buyer from networking and make a cool $21,500.

If you need 10 contacts to get 1 listing appointment, and 3 appointments to obtain a listing, you'll know that each of the 30 contacts are actually worth 1/30th of your commission.
