I did land sales so i have driven and been around so much of this terrain not just the main roads but back in the boonies .. not to mention being based at Lampson ( airport just south of Lakeport)  in my early flying days..

Other neighborhood s that are similar would be lancen village, colonial village, sagmore hills, sycamore hills, groesbeck (higher prices), and the area south of delta river drive near the airport.
