Usually, I had a 48 hour advance policy, meaning you must cancel 48 hours prior due to it being a huge inconvenience for getting other work as she stated.

This is a more advance tenant placement tactics people who lack the experience or with an innocent mind can't read others properly should do more often before they relying on their read.

I would say the same for employees who need say a second advance on their wages (we allow one).I am willing to make a personal loan if an employee really needs it and you could consider doing it that way with a tenant in need.

So in my mind this is only an advanced way of buying and not at all appropriate for the general public or starter investors who think I dont need much money..
