Agree with the costs being over-simplified; I think this is for the sake of the typical TV viewer.

Creating good thread titles (being creative, using key phrases, etc) will help attract more viewers to yoru psot and as such, get more responses.One other thing, it also helps to make sure your post is generated in the proper thread category.

Average viewer would have said "Oh, that's his agent" but appears they're all in the same office just putting a deal together.

You might get more views, but a lot of them are going to be worthless since the viewer was expecting a completely detached house.

Once your ad is flagged to the point CL recognizes it as "spam" it gets flagged immediately by their computers and never makes it live for viewers.
