The whole thread is about a tenant threatening to go to the mediaIf that is the kind of thing you want to talk about fine, but to me it should remain on Judge Judy.

Not sure if a judge wouldn't count text as notice in this case though since they tend to be more like Judge Judy than Perry Mason on issues like this.The dishwasher, I would not allow for reduced rent.

Richard Elvin if your trying to convince me that they are going to do discovery and in turn subpoena former and current tenants for a podunk pet clause lease issue, that would certainly be adjudicated , if at all, in small claims court I would suggest you’ve been watching to much CSI Miami and Judge Judy.

I'd hold if the situs is right. 

If you are truly hustling and working a full load and just investing all your income back in the business, I see nothing wrong with that, but if you are not doing that and just watching Judge Judy 4 days a week while your wife is at work, I can see the inequity.
