It would be great to have a "top" as in top of page button so that you could click it and go straight to the top of that page (where the first post is) without having to scroll up.It would be great to have such an option on all pages, but the forum threads especially.

Serious shoppers are obviously scrolling through ALL the listings, hoping to find the "perfect home."

I would also recommend when scrolling through different case files, look for Formal administrations and administrations over $1000.

I'm scrolling through the MLS and came across a property with a description that says "Cash, hard money or Conventional only... no FHA or Repair loans."

Biggerpockets.com is not responding, this has been going on for several days now, can't scroll down, takes minutes to get to any page, taken over an hour to get to my mentions and can't read them all, so excuse if I missed one. :)I understand the freedom of speech stuff, the right to conduct business and commerce, but you can't yell "fire" in a theater and business is regulated for the public good.Too bad it's not a felony to conduct RE education without a license that requires tested knowledge and qualifications of those presenting anything as educational materials or methods of conducting business.

Otherwise you'd probably have a ton of "I agree with Ned (or Steve, or Matt)" posts to scroll through.
