I moved to Richmond about 6 months ago and now that I'm settled in, I'm getting the itch to flip a property.  

@Darwin Crawford I  definitely have been feeling a itch for Rental properties.

We are itching to get our first rental.We have financing lined up as people, not an LLC.However, we have created the LLC with the State of Ohio and we have an EIN number.We are preapproved by a bank for a traditional mortgage (as individuals) and we have a prequalification by a hard-money lender (as individuals).When analyzing rentals, we are looking at financing with the traditional 30-year mortgage, but we just learned that we cannot do that as an LLC.So, how do we get the liability protection of an LLC and the advantages of a 30 year fixed mortgage?

Been in Wichita since the end of 2006, likely will have the itch to move away again, but haven't scratched it yet.  

Doing all of the planning of credit cards to get points kinda makes my teeth itch.

I look at the hand on the steering wheel cause I felt an itch...

I've got a few more than that and my car has 192,000 miles on it with not a single itch to replace any time soon.. or later.
