I played professional Basketball in a foreign country for two years and came home last year and immediately got a W2 job one year ago.

They've owned the building 6 years now, have a very successful community center with full length basketball court, indoor swimming pool, batting cages, etc, and make every note payment on its exact due date.

And congrats on the nice house and Basketball court (it might be fun as an RC car track too).Good Luck!

Not to mention U of H is literally down the street with a huge football stadium and new basketball arena.  

Properties with access to amenities like pools, tennis and basketball courts, or lakes can be attractive to renters, especially families.

Figure out if you like basketball, and if you have any skill, before you start shopping for the best flooring for your indoor court.

It's like building an indoor basketball court to train in . . . before you've ever learned to dribble a ball or played a pickup game to see if you even like basketball.Don't focus on acting like an experienced investor when you are not.
