It allows me to be virtually surrounded by those that share common goals and vision.  

I think the interesting part of this discussion for me is to take our 20/20 rearview vision and apply it forward.

Great vision and execution.

The vision is to create an industrial loft feel with an open plan.  

It's never going to be the perfect time to jump into the market as there'll always be uncertainties to some degree..run your numbers as best you can, get as much good advice as you can and avoid having tunnel vision when weighing up your options (theres always a way to get a deal done!) 

While it is a hard field, it is not unachievable, but you do want to have goals and a vision before proceeding onward.

And I didn’t really have anyone to help me find my way.But what I did have, if not a specific goal, was a clear VISION of what I wanted.
