Not the coaching, but I am going to the Deal Maker Conference this weekend in Dallas. 

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electric due to the reduced natural light and people being indoors more.

Have yet to purchase one,mobile home park, although I have three individual homes on their own lots and they have proven money makers year after year.

Other than YouTube, its all a money maker!

This includes all furniture, all linens, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, wall hangings, fake flowers/plants, lamps, and the first "batch" of supplies like soap, TP, paper towel, etc.

I liked being able to talk to one person directly who was a decision maker and did what they said they were going to do.

It would take you 200 months (16+ years) to accumulate the savings to be at this point again.  16 years is a long time for those properties to appreciate and create a lot of equity and wealth for you.But I don't know your risk tolerance, comfort level, or how the other decision makers feel either.

And they require an indoor monitor in order to add an outdoor monitor. 

While you have to be patient with this approach it gets foot in door.
