Hi BP,

Happy new year everyone!

I used to use Royal Savings bank in Chicago as they were great to work with and did 80% LTV on 5+ unit apartment deals. I did several deals with them near the UIC/Pilsen area. However they were bought by Peoples Bank and I have not used them since.

I have been using Marquette Bank recently and I have been happy them. I just wish they did 80% LTV.

Who is everyone using as their go to lender on 5+ unit apartment buildings in Chicago and surrounding suburbs ?
